DONG-IN ENSIS, a smart manufacturing solution company, has registered as a supplier for Korea's smart factory support program and unveiled a smart manufacturing data solution for collecting, standardizing and monitoring industrial OT data and connecting it to AI. Following its registration, the company has also applied for the smart factory supplier competency assessment. The solution collects operating data from PLCs, VFDs, EOCRs, sensors and meters on the shop floor in real time, then cleans and standardizes it into manufacturing data ready for equipment monitoring, AI anomaly detection, digital twins and MES/ERP integration.

Building on OT engineering experience in designing and building PLC, VFD and control panel systems, DONG-IN ENSIS can deliver control engineering and data engineering as a single supplier. It brings field experience from shipbuilding and marine, hydrogen and energy, industrial machinery and plant control to the manufacturing floor.
