PLC Programming

PLC programming,
by the company that builds the panel.

Since 1991 DONG-IN ENSIS has designed and built control panels and done its own PLC and drive programming, factory testing and site commissioning. From PLC programming for new equipment to program work for panel replacement, one company handles it all.

Scope

What our PLC
programming covers

  • 01
Control logic design & programmingWe design operating sequences, interlocks, alarms and emergency stop logic and implement them in the PLC program.
  • 02
Drive & motor controlWe link the PLC with drives to start, stop and control the speed of motors, pumps and blowers.
  • 03
Equipment data linksThe PLC publishes operating data over MQTT with TLS protection, and MES or monitoring systems connect through a REST API.
  • 04
Factory testing & commissioningPanels and programs are tested in our factory before shipment, then commissioned on site with operator training.

One company from design to commissioning

Panel design, building and wiring, PLC programming, factory testing and site commissioning are handled by one company.

References in demanding sites

Liquid hydrogen charging stations for a major Korean energy company, FGSS test facilities for a leading shipbuilder, and hybrid electric propulsion control for eco-friendly vessels.

Control that leads to data

With the Intelligent Control Panel, equipment control and data collection happen in one panel and connect to the cloud without an extra gateway.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which PLCs do you work with?

We are an official Schneider Electric SI partner and have used SIEMENS, ABB, Fuji Electric and other brands in our panels. Tell us the PLC model and the state of the current program, and we will confirm whether we can take it on.

Do we need a new program when replacing an existing panel?

During the site review we check the existing panel and operating method, then propose which parts to keep and which to reorganize.

Can you also collect equipment data after programming?

Yes. With the Intelligent Control Panel, the PLC controls the equipment and sends operating data over MQTT to the cloud or your server, with no extra gateway.

How do factory testing and commissioning work?

Panels and programs are tested in our factory for operation, interlocks and alarms before shipment, followed by site commissioning and operator training.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

It depends on the number of machines, I/O size, control complexity and whether a panel is built. We quote with a proposed configuration after the site review. A standard Intelligent Control Panel project takes 9–15 weeks.
