DONG-IN ENSIS has filed five patents for control, power and safety technologies that improve the safety and efficiency of hydrogen infrastructure and hydrogen-powered vessels. The results are based on technologies verified in a demonstration environment while carrying out the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries' national R&D project "Development and demonstration of safety-based small hydrogen-powered vessel technology".

Highlights
- Scope of application — The technologies apply across hydrogen refueling stations, hydrogen-powered vessels and eco-friendly energy equipment, centered on power control logic, operational safety, energy-efficiency optimization and equipment protection algorithms.
- Data-driven engineering — The company is building, step by step, an EOCR-based standard control panel, a structure for collecting power and operating data, and a feedback system for analysis and design.
- Business model patent — A data-circulation business structure — automatically improving design standards from operating data and expanding into maintenance and performance optimization services — was also filed as a patent.
- Management systems — The company has obtained ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety management system) certification and venture company certification.
"These results systematize technologies verified in a national R&D project into patents," a DONG-IN ENSIS official said. "Based on control technology and operating data, we will establish ourselves as a core technology company in hydrogen infrastructure and eco-friendly vessels."
